All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’re happy to help where possible.
